FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED - Vision-impaired dog
Goose (fka Keller) was adopted from us in the summer, and is unfortunately being returned. His adopter rents an apartment and works outside the home, and Goose is terrible in the crate and carries on so much, other residents are complaining to the landlord and she is risking eviction.
And still being a puppy, he's not out of the destructive phase yet, and can't be trusted home alone un-crated. Going to dog daycare every day isn't a financial option, and she isn't in a position to move to a different dog-friendly place.
Goose looks like he'd be part-Aussie or part-Catahoula, but turns out he's just a fancy Lab. He is 9 months old, weighs about 40lbs, and is neutered.
His foster mom has this to say:
"Goose is very friendly with dogs and people, cats are unknown. Even though he is partially blind he gets around really good and adjusts quickly. Goose would most likely do best with someone who works from home or is home majority of the time.
I also believe he would do best with a fenced in yard as he is super energetic. He LOVES to cuddle and you’ll definitely have to get used to sharing your bed with him."
